Generic proof of ID

• Applicant name on ID to match the name registered in the system
•  Clear photo of the applicant- Photo to match person
•  Date of Birth (DOB) to match applicants
• Applicants first and last name
• Must be current in date
• Must be current Must be in colour
• Scanned document to be clearly legible
• Licence must include front & back page and include Classes & any restriction

·         Receipt can be accepted for 4 weeks from issue date

If Digital Licence supplied -

• Clear photo of the applicant
• Applicants first and last name
• Date of Birth
• Licence Number
• Expiry date
• Matching licence class must be displayed

• Issue date: Must be entered as it is displayed on the evidence (if shown)
• Expiry date: Must be entered as it is displayed on the evidence (if shown)

• Must be an Australian Government issued passport
• Name on the passport to match the person registered
• Scan must by in colour
• Must be legible

• Issue and expiry date to be recorded

• Must be an International Government issued passport
• Name on the passport to match the person registered
• Scan must be in colour
• Must be legible

• Only issue date to be recorded
