Compliance Certificate for AS/NZS 4801

• Business Name on Certification to match the organisation registered. If it does not match, government certified evidence must be provided to link the ABN or business names together. This is ideally a letter or download from ABR showing the linkage.
• Must be certificated AS/NZS 4801
• JAS-ANZ stamp to be present on 4801 - If a certificate is supplied that is a combined 4801 and 18001 there will be NO JAS-ANZ stamp present. This is acceptable.

From March 12, 2018: ISO 45001 will start to be issued in lieu of OHSAS 18001 

From March 12, 2021: OHSAS 18001 will no longer be accepted - ISO 45001 MUST be supplied

Issue and expiry as per certification

Certification ISO 18001

·         Business Name on Certification to match the organisation registered. If it does not match, government certified evidence must be provided to link the ABN or business names together. This is ideally a letter or download from ABR showing the linkage.

·         Must be certificated OHSAS 18001

·         OHSAS 18001 is International and therefore must be issued outside of Australia

·         Black and white or colour is acceptable

·         ISO 45001 stamp to be present

·         Must be certified ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification or 9001:2015

·         Black and white or colour is acceptable

·         Issue and expiry as per certification

ISO14001 Environmental Management System Certification

·         Must be certified ISO14001 Environmental Management System Certification

·         Black and white or colour is acceptable
