Generic.Govt Licence/Authority.Proof of Identity | - Name on the document to match the registered person
- Copy must be clear and legible
- Can be in colour copy OR black and white copy
The Proof of Identity must be an Australian State or Federal Issued Proof of Identity. - Must be photo ID
If the form of ID is foreign / international, it will need to be sent to site for approval Examples include: Drivers Licences Passports Proof of Identity cards etc.
