Rail.VOC.Aurizon Verification of Competency


Business Rule – Aurizon – 28/06/2023         

  • Applicants name to be shown
  • Applicants name must match what is shown in Onsite (However shortened versions of names are accepted EG Chris for Christopher)
  • An Aurizon issued Verification of Competency is required for this competency
  • The competency expires every 3 years (36 months)

Driver.Qualified.Aurizon - VOC - Locomotive Driver
  • Applicants name to be shown
  • Applicants name must match what is shown in Onsite (However shortened versions of names are accepted EG Chris for Christopher)
  • An Aurizon issued Verification of Competency ‘AZJ Train Driver’ or ‘Locomotive Driver’ is required for this competency
  • Issue as per Assessment Completion Date
  • Expiry – 3 years from Issue Date

Driver.Qualified.Aurizon CVC Driver Trainer
  • Applicants name to be shown
  • Applicants name must match what is shown in Onsite (However shortened versions of names are accepted EG Chris for Christopher)
  • An Aurizon issued Competency Verification Check ‘Qualified Driver Trainer New to Depot’ is required for this competency
  • Issue as per Assessment Completion Date
  • Expiry – 1 year from Issue Date

Driver.Qualified.Aurizon CVC Train Driver
  • Applicants name to be shown
  • Applicants name must match what is shown in Onsite (However shortened versions of names are accepted EG Chris for Christopher)
  • An Aurizon issued Competency Verification Check ‘Qualified Train Driver new to Depot’ is required for this competency
  • Issue as per Assessment Completion Date
  • Expiry – 1 year from Issue Date

Driver.Qualified.Aurizon VOC 2nd Person (NSW only)
  • Applicants name to be shown
  • Applicants name must match what is shown in Onsite (However shortened versions of names are accepted EG Chris for Christopher)
  • An Aurizon issued Verification of Competency Second Person is required for this competency
  • Issue as per Assessment Completion Date
  • Expiry – 3 years from Issue Date
