Find out how to run those and what to expect.
Running reports in the ConcoWeb Portal
Ever wanted to run your own reports on your employees? Find out how here!
Multiple Supplier Reports Available
At Avetta, we’re continuously working to improve the performance of the platform to help you manage a safe and competent workforce.? We’re listened to your feedback and are excited to announce the latest update coming soon to the Supplier Portal: Reports Module.?
Why the added reports??
We’ve received feedback from Supplier Training workshops and the Customer Service Team regarding the visibility of overall worker data to make Supplier Admin planning, scheduling, and overall tasks more efficient. The reports enable Supplier Admins to easily check overall cardholder competencies, worker role information or worker site access without the need to search each worker individually.
There is a total of 3 reports, including:?
1. Cardholder Competencies: A complete view of worker competencies and their respective expiry dates.?
?2. Worker Role Matrix: Select and download specific role competency information.?
?3. Access Control: View workers and their current access control status.?
Please note: The Access Control report is accessible only to those with access control enabled.?
Additional Reports
Onsite Track Easy also contains some reports that can be run for those administrators that want to see some extra details on their workforce.
