Analytics are robust dashboards with interactivity built into them. This is a custom add-on feature since there is custom development required and add-on pricing for the client. Analytics for Workforce Management is not currently integrated with Connect Analytics 2.0 but will be in a future iteration.
Data Analytics is a new feature designed to provide our Clients with enhanced reporting giving further insights into their operational needs of their business.
This will include, but not limited to: Training and Role Management, Company Management and Site Hours Data.
Access to the Module will first require to be enabled in the back-end by a Pegasus Account Manager. Once done, then permissions to use the Module in the Client Portal will require the appropriate User Rights and Permissions turned on for specific users.
