Request Tracker is a dedicated portal for our clients to view the Support Tickets raised by this staff or contractors to them.

This aids visibility as well as the ability to supply responses to tickets where appropriate.

Not all clients use the feature, but for those that do have an account they can manage and respond to support requests.
