 Automatically Block Workers after a period of Site Inactivity 14th October 2021

The purpose of this feature is to allow Client Users (who can edit site settings) to enable a Familiarity Block for their site so that workers (contractors and / or employees) are automatically blocked from site if they have not accessed the site in the time period specified.
Types of workers and time period can be changed.

Familiarity Blocks For may be set to:

  • All Workers

  • Contractors Only

  • Employees Only

  • No Workers (default - with this the system is turned off)

Configured from SETUP > SITE




 Expiring Competency Notification Configuration 19th August 2021

Design:

As a Realm User
Given I have "Can Edit Realm Settings" User permission enabled, as a Realm User, I can configure the expiring competency notifications for my realm competency library.

As a Site User
Given I have "Can Edit Site Settings" User permission enabled, as a Site User, I can configure the expiring competency notifications for my site competency library.

Setting can be found under SETUP > REALM/SITE
