Professional Recognition – CPA	Applicants name shown on certificate must match the applicants registered name in Onsite Certificate must be issued by CPA accounting body and specify Certified Practicing Accountant Completion date or issue date must be displayed Document / Certificate Number must be recorded on certificate Black and white or colour copies of certification is accepted Must be clear and legible	Date of completion to be recorded as issue date listed on certificate
Professional Recognition – CA	Applicants name shown on certificate must match the applicants registered name in Onsite Certificate must be issued by CA accounting body and specify NIA Program Completion date or issue date must be displayed Document / Certificate Number must be recorded on certificate Black and white or colour copies of certification is accepted Must be clear and legible	Date of completion to be recorded as issue date listed on certificate
Professional Recognition – NIA	Applicants name shown on certificate must match the applicants registered name in Onsite Certificate must be issued by The National Institute of Accountants (NIA) and specify Chartered Accountant Completion date or issue date must be displayed Document / Certificate Number must be recorded on certificate Black and white or colour copies of certification is accepted Must be clear and legible	Date of completion to be recorded as issue date listed on certificate
CPEng (Civil) CPEng (Electrical) CPEng (Mechanical)	Applicants name shown on document must match the applicants registered name in Onsite Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) or equivalent which has been formally assessed by Engineers Australia is required. Evidence in the form of a certificate, licence / membership card or a letter can be accepted Black and white or colour copies of this document is accepted Must be clear and legible	Date of completion to be recorded as issue date listed on document
National Engineering Register (NER) – Civil National Engineering Register (NER) – Electrical National Engineering Register (NER) – Mechanical	Applicants name shown on document must match the applicants registered name in Onsite A copy of membership card / certificate issued by Engineers Australia stating ‘National Engineering Register (NER)’ is required Evidence in the form of a certificate, membership card or a letter can be accepted and must show current registration Engineering discipline (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical) must match the nominated competency in Onsite Black and white or colour copies of this document is accepted Must be clear and legible	Date of completion to be recorded as issue date listed on document Expiry date to be recorded as valid to date listed on certificate
Registered Professional Engineer Queensland (RPEQ) – Civil Registered Professional Engineer Queensland (RPEQ) – Electrical Registered Professional Engineer Queensland (RPEQ) – Mechanical	Applicants name shown on document must match the applicants registered name in Onsite A copy of membership card / certificate issued by the Board of Professional Engineers Queensland stating ‘Registered Professional Engineer Queensland (RPEQ)’ is required Evidence in the form of a certificate, membership card or a letter can be accepted and must show current registration Engineering discipline (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical) must match the nominated competency in Onsite Black and white or colour copies of this document is accepted Must be clear and legible	Date of completion to be recorded as issue date listed on document Expiry date to be recorded as valid to date listed on certificate
Registered Professional Engineer Victoria (RPEV) – Civil Registered Professional Engineer Victoria (RPEV) – Electrical Registered Professional Engineer Victoria (RPEV) – Mechanical Registered Professional Engineer Victoria (RPEV) – Structural	Applicants name shown on document must match the applicants registered name in Onsite A copy of membership card / certificate issued by Business Licensing Authority Victoria stating ‘Registered Professional Engineer’ is required Evidence in the form of a certificate, membership card or a letter can be accepted and must show current registration Engineering discipline (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical / Structural) must align to the nominated competency in Onsite Black and white or colour copies of this document is accepted Must be clear and legible	Date of completion to be recorded as issue date listed on document Expiry date to be recorded as valid to date listed on certificate
Australian Practising Certificate (Legal Practice)	Applicants name shown on certificate must match the applicants registered name in Onsite Australian Practising Certificate must be issued either by the Law’s Society’s Council or by the designated regulatory authority in another Australian jurisdiction (for example Victorian Legal Services Board and Commissioner). Practitioner Number must be recorded on certificate Black and white or colour copies of certification is accepted Must be clear and legible	Date of completion to be recorded as issue date listed on document Expiry date to be recorded as valid to date listed on certificate
Australian HR Institute Professional Membership	Applicants name shown on certificate must match the applicants registered name in Onsite Certificate must be issued by Australian HR Institute (AHRI) and specify Professional Member (MAHRI) Membership date must be displayed on certificate Black and white or colour copies of certification is accepted Must be clear and legible	Membership date listed on document to be recorded as issue date in Onsite No expiry date is required to be recorded
