Dangerous Goods Licence
  • If a Sole Trader: the name on Licence should match the person registered
    If a Partnership: the name on the Licence should match one of the Partners name registered in the system
    If a Company: the name on the licence should match the companies registered name
  • Dangerous Goods to be listed
  • Either Black and White OR Colour copy is accepted
  • Only the front of the licence needs to be displayed within uploaded file
  • Must be issued by the relevant government appointed organisation logo must be present
  • Must be a NZ issued licence – International Licence not accepted
  • Issue Date = Start date if displayed or enter as yesterdays date
  • Expiry Date = as shown on Licence

Dangerous Goods Licence - Aus
  • If a Sole Trader: the name on Licence paperwork should match the person registered
  • If a Partnership: the name on the Licence paperwork should match one of the Partners name registered in the system
  • If a Company: the name on the licence paperwork should match the companies registered name
  • Accepted form of evidence is a state issued Dangerous Goods Vehicle licence
    • Australian Capital Territory: WorkSafe ACT
    • New South Wales; NSW EPS
    • Northern Territory: NT WorkSafe
    • Queensland: Queensland Transport
    • Victoria: WorkSafe Victoria
    • Queensland: Queensland Transport
    • South Australia: SafeWork SA
    • Tasmania: Workplace Standards Tasmania
    • Western Australia: Department of Mines & Petroleum
    • Road Transport Reform: National Transport Commission
    • Air Transport: Civil Aviation Safety Authority
    • Marine Transport: Australian Maritime Safety Authority
  • Can be in colour OR black and white
  • Issue Date = Start date if displayed or enter as yesterday’s date
  • Expiry Date = as shown on LicenceÂ
