Identity.-.Proof of Age / Photo Card | - Applicants name to be displayed on uploaded evidence and to match applicants registered name
- Photo displayed on the ID must match the applicant’s photo in Onsite
- Valid Proof of Age OR Photo Card to be uploaded
- Must be issued by relevant Government Authority
- Black and white or coloured copy of the document is accepted
- Must be clear and legible
A digital copy is accepted providing the following information is displayed: - Clear photo of the applicant
- Applicants first and last name
- Date of Birth
- Card Number
- Expiry date
| - For Proof of Age Card: No expiry date is shown on the evidence therefore no expiry can be input to the system
- For Photo Card: Expiry date to be recorded as expiry date listed on card Â

Identity.Govt Licence/Authority.Photo Identification | - Applicant name on ID to match the name registered in the system
- Clear photo of the applicant- Photo to match person
- Date of Birth (DOB) to match applicant
- Applicant’s first and last name and middle if applicant has one
- Must be current in date
- Should be in colour
- Scanned document to be clearly legible
- If a Licence is used, license may include front & back page but must include all classes & any restrictions
If Digital Licence supplied: - Clear photo of the applicant
- Applicants first and last name
- Date of Birth
- Licence Number
- Expiry date
- Matching licence class must be displayed
| - Issue date: Must be entered as it is displayed on the evidence (if shown)
- Expiry date: Must be entered as it is displayed on the evidence (if shown)
Forms of approved ID: - Drivers license (Any Australian State or Territory)
- Student ID Card
- Any government issued card that has the following:

- Photo displayed on the ID must match the applicant’s photo in Onsite
- Passport must be valid
- Must be issued by relevant Government Authority
- International Passports can be accepted
- Black and white or coloured copy of the document is accepted
- Must be clear and legible
