Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Installation Licence	If a Sole Trader: The name on licence should match the person registered If a Partnership: The name on the licence should match one of the partners name registered in the system If a Company: The name on the licence should match the companies registered name Must be a Refrigeration and Air Conditioning licence Colour copy required Relevant state's government appointed organisation logo must be present Must be an Australian state government issued licence Only the front of the licence is required providing it meets all other verification points	Issue Date = Start date if displayed or enter as yesterdays date Expiry Date = As shown on licence
Asbestos Removal Licence	If a Sole Trader: The name on licence should match the person registered If a Partnership: The name on the licence should match one of the partners name registered in the system If a Company: The name on the licence should match the companies registered name Asbestos Removal (with class) to be listed Colour copy required Certificate can be accepted in lieu of licence Relevant state's government appointed organisation logo must be present Must be an Australian state government issued licence Only the front of the licence is required providing it meets all other verification points	Issue Date = Start date if displayed or enter as yesterdays date Expiry Date = As shown on licence
