Engineering.Certificate of Competency.Mine Electrical Engineer	NSW Certificate of Competence Mine Electrical Engineer QLD version of the above with a letter from NSW Resources Regulator for Mutual Recognition NZ version of the above with a letter from NSW Resources Regulator for Mutual Recognition Applicants name to be shown on document and must match cardholders registered name in Onsite (however shortened versions of first names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is acceptable) No expiry Black and white or colour acceptable Scanned document to be clearly legible	Issue date to be recorded No expiry date
