  • Applicants name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the applicant name that's registered in Pegasus (However shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted).
  • The uploaded evidence will be a certificate, card or statement of attainment
  • Evidence must show the current national units of competency accepted for the NSW FSS certificate approved by ASQA which are:
    • Two hospitality units:
      • SITXFSA005 – Use hygiene practices for food safety
      • SITXFSA006 – Participate in safe food handling practices

--OR--

    • One retail unit:
      • SIRRFSA001 – Handle food safely in a retail environment
  • Previous/superseded units of competency remain valid up to the expiry date on the FSS certificate
  • Issue Date: As shown on the evidence
