The required evidence will be a:

• Certificate or competency card showing RSPH Level 2 Pest Management

Course completion date must be visible
Applicant’s name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the applicant’s name that is registered in Pegasus (However shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted).
Copy must be clear and legible
Can be in colour copy OR black and white copy

• Issue Date = Date of course completion

• Expiry Date = Only input this if there is one shown on the evidence

Operator.Qualified.Pest Exterminator Licence

The required evidence will be a:

• Pest Exterminator Licence - NPTC

Course completion date must be visible

The required evidence will be a:

• Certificate or competency card showing Registered Pest Exterminator - CEPA Certified
