Professional Recognition – CPA	Applicants name shown on certificate must match the applicants registered name in Onsite Certificate must be issued by CPA accounting body and specify Certified Practicing Accountant Completion date or issue date must be displayed Document / Certificate Number must be recorded on certificate Black and white or colour copies of certification is accepted Must be clear and legible	Date of completion to be recorded as issue date listed on certificate
Professional Recognition – CA	Applicants name shown on certificate must match the applicants registered name in Onsite Certificate must be issued by CA accounting body and specify NIA Program Completion date or issue date must be displayed Document / Certificate Number must be recorded on certificate Black and white or colour copies of certification is accepted Must be clear and legible	Date of completion to be recorded as issue date listed on certificate
Professional Recognition – NIA	Applicants name shown on certificate must match the applicants registered name in Onsite Certificate must be issued by The National Institute of Accountants (NIA) and specify Chartered Accountant Completion date or issue date must be displayed Document / Certificate Number must be recorded on certificate Black and white or colour copies of certification is accepted Must be clear and legible	Date of completion to be recorded as issue date listed on certificate
CPEng (Civil) CPEng (Electrical) CPEng (Mechanical)	Applicants name shown on document must match the applicants registered name in Onsite Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) or equivalent which has been formally assessed by Engineers Australia is required. Evidence in the form of a certificate, licence / membership card or a letter can be accepted Black and white or colour copies of this document is accepted Must be clear and legible	Date of completion to be recorded as issue date listed on document
