Proof of Identity
| - Must be an Australian Government issued document (birth certificate, 18 plus card, licence, passport)
- Front & back of licence or 18+ card to be uploaded
- Name on the document to match the person registered
- Must be legible
- International Licence accepted
| - Issue date (if there is one shown on the document) is required to be entered in Onsite.
- Expiry date required to be entered into Onsite if there is an expiry date recorded as there is on passports / licences and photo cards
