Occupational Noise Exposure - Conservation and Audiometric Testing OSHA Reference: General Industry 29 CFR 1910.95 (g) (6) "Annual audiogram." At least annually after obtaining the baseline audiogram, the employer shall obtain a new audiogram for each employee exposed at or above an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels. IF this remains, maybe only request a Letter from the Audiometric Testing Facility verifying this. Otherwise, this could be private/HIPPA related. (l) Access to Information and Training Materials (1) The employer shall make available to affected employees or their representatives copies of this standard and shall also post a copy in the workplace. (2) The employer shall provide to affected employees any informational materials pertaining to the standard that are supplied to the employer by the Assistant Secretary. Safety.Training.Hot Work Permit Training OSHA Reference: General Industry 29 CFR 1910 Subpart Q All affected personnel that are required to complete, approve, issue or reissue Hot Work Permits should be trained on multiple aspects of the permitting system and Hot Work activities.
