The IMC Training & Competency Management Scheme states that:

Where evidence is not provided in an original form or certified copy, or when provided electronically, it must be accompanied by a signed Declaration, confirm the evidence is a true and accurate record and representation of the worker’s training and competency.

A single Declaration Form can be used for multiple forms of evidence when completing contractor validation.  The Declaration Form must be hand signed by the worker, a digital signature will not be accepted.
