Chemical Use.-.Accreditation

  • Applicants name to be displayed on uploaded evidence and to match applicants registered name
  • RTO number must be displayed
  • Black and white or coloured copy of the document is accepted
  • Usually issued from ChemQual however other providers will be accepted


  • Expiry date must be entered

 

Chemical Use.-.1080/Pindone Authorised User
  • Applicants name to be displayed on uploaded evidence and to match applicants registered name
  • Usually issued by LHPA however other providers will be accepted
  • 1080/Pindone Authorised User must be displayed
  • Black and white or coloured copy of the document is accepted
  • Expiry date must be entered
