Driver.Licence
  • Name on Licence to match the person registered
  • Either class C, LR, MR, HR, HC or MC to be listed
  • Duration as per licence
  • Must be in colour
  • Must be RTA/ RMS licence or Equivalent

NOTE: Temporary / Interim version of licence is acceptable with 2 week validity ONLY

  • Clear photo of the applicant
  • Applicants first and last name
  • Date of Birth
  • Licence Number
  • Expiry date
  • Matching licence class must be displayed
  • Expiry date to be recorded






Driver.Licence.Govt Issued
  • Name on Licence to match the person registered
  • Either class C, LR, MR, HR, HC or MC to be listed
  • Duration as per licence
  • Must be in colour
  • Must be RTA/ RMS licence or Equivalent

If a letter is provided on company letter head that states the person will not be driving onsite a Passport or Government ID card can be accepted.

Driver.Licence.HV Vehicle
  • Name on Licence to match the person registered
  • Either class LR, MR, HR, HC or MC to be listed
  • Duration as per licence
  • Must be in colour
  • Must be RTA/ RMS licence or Equivalent

NOTE: Temporary / Interim version of licence is acceptable with 2 week validity ONLY

Driver.Licence.International

For Internationally issued drivers licences that have been issued in English language:

  • The applicants name that is listed on the licence must match the applicants name as it has been entered into Onsite Track Easy
  • The uploaded file must show an overseas issued drivers licence and display matching class/es of vehicle that the applicant intends on driving on site
  • Applicant must be a temporary overseas visitor
  • Applicant must not be disqualified from driving in NSW or anywhere else
  • Licence must be current / active



For Internationally issued drivers licences that have been issued in non-English language:

  • The applicants name that is listed on the licence must match the applicants name as it has been entered into Onsite Track Easy
  • The uploaded file must include: A copy of the overseas issued drivers licence and display matching class/es of vehicle that the applicant intends on driving on site with one of the following additional supporting documents:
  1. An English Translation document that has been issued by a NAATI approved agency in Australia.

OR

  1. An or an International Driving Permit (IDP) that shows "Convention on International Road Traffic of 19 September, 1949"
  • Licence must be current / active



  • Issue Date = Not required to be entered into Onsite Track Easy


  • Expiry Date = The expiry date that is shown on the licence must always be recorded in Onsite Track Easy UNLESS an IDP has been included within the uploaded file.
  • If the IDP has been included within the file upload, the expiry date against this competency would be recorded as either the licence expiry date OR the IDP expiry date (calculated to be 12 months from issue date) – The earliest expiry date must be recorded. Â
