Issue date = Date of Induction or Date of Attendance

Expiry date = 3 years from issue date

Air-conditioning & Refrigeration.Licence. RTIO Refrigerant Handling Licence

ARC Refrigerant Handling Licence must be uploaded
Name on licence to match the person registered (however shortened versions such as 'Chris' for Christopher can be accepted)
Black and white or colour is acceptable
Scanned document to be clearly legible

Issue date is not required

Expiry date to be entered as shown on the licence
