Welder.Industry Skilled Welder Coded	INDUSTRY SKILLED - Traceable experience as a CODED WELDER for at least 3 years (verified by fully completed SITE AUTHORISATION – RELEVANT EXPERIENCE EVIDENCE supported with written evidence - resume and referee, responsibility of the employer) PLUS MUST HAVE Tested and certified to ASME Section IX, coded welders (including boiler tube welders) are tested and then re-validated 6 monthly by a certified Cert. 10 welding supervisor, also must be experienced in boiler tube welding – see example ie ASME Section IX EXAMPLE INDUSTRY SKILLED BUSINESS RULE -see below BOTH 1 & 2 below ARE MANDATED REQUIREMENTS of the role and need to be uploaded into AVETTA as one document for this role: 1. A copy of the required Site Authorisation – Relevant Experience Evidence Form can be downloaded here The supplier company will be required to reach out to their site contact directly providing the above form (with contractor to complete section completed) + evidence of at least 3 years relevant experience for their review. The authorised Yarwun site contact will then provide a signed copy of the Rio Tinto Site Authorisation Form back to the supplier company. The supplier company should upload a copy of the completed form WITH all supporting evidence for this requirement and submit for Avetta review who will assess the documentation against the following points: Applicants name to be shown on documentation Applicants name must match (However shortened versions such as 'Chris' for Christopher can be accepted) The site authorisation form approvers name, sign and date fields must be completed for each of the following: Contract Owner, CMT Superintendent Result must show: Evidence Accepted At least one additional supporting evidence page outside of the site authorisation form is included within the uploaded file.
