• Only require front of licence as mandatory
• Black and White OR Colour copy is acceptable
• Scanned document to be clearly legible

A fully completed Driving Licence Validation Form can also be accepted

• Document must be signed by the contracting employee
• Document must be signed by a Zinfra Representative
