Electrical (ACT)	If Sole Trader: The name on the Licence to match the Sole Trader name registered in the system If Partnership: The name on the Licence to match the Partnership name registered in the system If Company: The name on Licence to match the Company name registered in the system Must be an Electrical Contractor licence Must be a copy of the licence – Screenshots from websites are not accepted Must be issued by relevant state government appointed authority and display the corresponding logo (ACT Government) Duration to be recorded indicated on licence Black and white or colour copy of the document is acceptable	Issue Date = Date of completion / Issue if displayed on Licence Expiry Date = Date of expiry as displayed on Licence
Electrical (NSW)	If Sole Trader: The name on the Licence to match the Sole Trader name registered in the system If Partnership: The name on the Licence to match the Partnership name registered in the system If Company: The name on Licence to match the Company name registered in the system Must be an Electrical Contractor licence Must be a copy of the licence – Screenshots from websites are not accepted Must be issued by relevant state government appointed authority and display the corresponding logo (NSW Fair Trading) Duration to be recorded indicated on licence Black and white or colour copy of the document is acceptable	Issue Date = Date of completion / Issue if displayed on Licence Expiry Date = Date of expiry as displayed on Licence

Electrical (QLD)	If Sole Trader: The name on the Licence to match the Sole Trader name registered in the system If Partnership: The name on the Licence to match the Partnership name registered in the system If Company: The name on Licence to match the Company name registered in the system Must be an Electrical Contractor licence Must be a copy of the licence – Screenshots from websites are not accepted Must be issued by relevant state government appointed authority and display the corresponding logo (Worksafe QLD) Duration to be recorded indicated on licence Black and white or colour copy of the document is acceptable	Issue Date = Date of completion / Issue if displayed on Licence Expiry Date = Date of expiry as displayed on Licence

Electrical (VIC)	If Sole Trader: The name on the Licence to match the Sole Trader name registered in the system If Partnership: The name on the Licence to match the Partnership name registered in the system If Company: The name on Licence to match the Company name registered in the system Must be an Electrical Contractor licence Must be a copy of the licence – Screenshots from websites are not accepted Must be issued by relevant state government appointed authority and display the corresponding logo (Energysafe VIC) Duration to be recorded indicated on licence Black and white or colour copy of the document is acceptable	Issue Date = Date of completion / Issue if displayed on Licence Expiry Date = Date of expiry as displayed on Licence
