Acceptable evidence can be in the form of:

• Certificate

• Refresher Training

• License

Evidence must state completion of Welding (Certified)

Applicant's name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the name registered in the system (however shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is acceptable)

Colour copy or black and white copy is acceptable 

Issue Date = Date of completion

Expiry Date = 6 months

• Certificate

• Refresher Training

Evidence must state completion of:

• Arc Welding & Cutting

or

• Oxygen-Fuel Gas Welding & Cutting

or

• Resistance Welding

Applicant's name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the name registered in the system (however shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is acceptable)

Expiry Date = 6 months
