- Applicants name must match (However shortened versions such as 'Chris' for Christopher can be accepted)
- Recognised Training Institution OR state government appointed authority name to be displayed on document
- Course title and / or associated level to be listed on evidence to match the nominated competency branch that is shown in the competency naming convention
- Document / Certificate / Number to be shown
Evidence must show: - AS/NZS 2980:2018 (minimum requirement)
Or
Accepted forms of evidence are: - Certificate verifying completion of full qualification (EG Copy of Degree, Certificate of Proficiency, Trade Certificate
- Completion of apprenticeship papers
- Licence or ticket that verifies full qualification
- Website screenshot from relevant state gov authority website verifying trade qual
- Letter from training organisation or state gov authority verifying the full qualification
Evidence that is not accepted:
- Transcripts or Statement of attainment

- Documentation which has been found to be subject to alterations will not be accepted.
- Issue Date: The date of completion on the evidence should be recorded as the Issue Date in Pegasus
- Expiry Date: Only record this If expiry date is shown on the evidence
