  • Either black and white or colour copies of certification is accepted
  • Registration must be issued by Australian Cabler Registration Service (ACRS) OR TITAB Australia Cabler Registry Service (TITAB ACRS) - Licence or certificate accepted
  • Only the front of the card is mandatory
  • The expiry date in Onsite should be recorded as the date of expiry shown on the licence / certificate
