Tradesperson.Qualified.Boiler Operations Certificate (NZ)	Applicants name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the applicant name that's registered in Pegasus (However shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted). The uploaded evidence will show indication that the applicant being qualified for Boiler Operation Evidence will be issued by New Zealand based accredited training organisation Colour copy OR black and white copy is acceptable	Scanned document to be clearly legible Documentation which has been found to be subject to alterations will not be accepted. The date of completion on the evidence should be recorded as the Issue Date in Pegasus No expiry date is required
