Education.Trade.Mechanical Certificate
  • Name on document to match the person registered (however shortened versions such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' are acceptable)
  • Must be issued by an RTO or Australian Government Appointed Authority
  • Actual copy of document is required
  • Course title and associated level to be listed on certificate

Accepted examples of course titles to be displayed:

    • Engineering - Mechanical Trade
    • Engineering - Mechanical Trade (Fitting/machining)
    • Engineering Tradesperson (Mechanical) (Fitting)
    • Diesel Fitting
    • Diesel Fitting ( Pathway )
    • Mechanical Fitter
    • Mechanical Trade (Maintenance) - Fitting and / or Turning Pathway
    • Fitter and Turner or Mechanical
    • Fitter and Machinist
    • MEM30219 (Or any previous superseded equivalent course codes shown against the mapping of this course on training.gov.au)
    • Diploma of Professional Practice (Engineering)
    • Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology

NOT accepted examples of course titles to be displayed:

    • Motor or Automotive Mechanic 

Accepted document types include:

    • Completion of Trade
    • Completion of Apprenticeship
    • Certificate of Proficiency
    • Trade Certificate
    • Certificate of Completion
    • Certificate of Qualification
    • Certificate IV
    • Australian Recognised Trade Certificate
    • Craft certificates will be escalated to site for approval
    • Site contract for craft certificate approval

Note: Other equivalent competency codes may be accepted with approval from Fitzroy

Electrical.Licence.Electrical Contractors Licence (QLD)• Applicants name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the applicant name that's registered in Pegasus (However shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted).
• The uploaded evidence will show indication that the applicant is an Electrician
• Evidence will be issued bu the Electrical Workers Registration Board
• Must be current
• Only require front of licence as mandatory
• Colour copy OR black and white copy is acceptable
• Scanned document to be clearly legible
• Documentation which has been found to be subject to alterations will not be accepted.
• Issue Date: Not Required
• Expiry Date: As shown on the lic

Electrical.Statement of Attainment.EEHA - Electrical Equipment in Hazardous Areas
  • Name on certificate to match the person registered
  • Statement of Attainment to contain the following units as a minimum:
    • UEENEEM043A or UEEHA0001 or UEEHA0020 - Conduct detailed inspection of electrical installations for hazardous areas
    • UEENEEM042A or UEEHA0002 or UEEHA0038 - Conduct visual and close inspection of electrical installations for hazardous areas
    • UEENEEM080A or UEEHA0003 or UEEHA0022 - Determine the explosion-protection requirements to meet a specified classified hazardous area
    • UEENEEM038A AND UEENEEM019A or UEEHA0004 - Enter a classified hazardous area to undertake work related to electrical equipment
    • UEENEEM023A or UEEHA0005 or UEEHA0025 - Install explosion-protected equipment and associated apparatus and wiring systems
    • UEENEEM027A or UEEHA0006 or UEEHA0026 - Maintain equipment associated with hazardous areas
  • Must be issued by an RTO with Nationally Recognised Training logo
  • Black and white or colour is acceptable
  • Scanned document to be clearly legible
  • Declaration Form to be uploaded (separately) to confirm the evidence is a true and accurate record and representation of the worker’s training and competency
  • A letter on applicant’s company letterhead can be accepted in lieu of a Statement of Attainment

    • Must be dated
    • Letter must stipulate the applicant is an industry new starter and will obtain the EEHA Statement of Attainment within four months from date of induction

  • Issue Date = date achieved
  • Expiry Date = 3 Years from issue date
  • Declaration Form = See ‘Evidence Requirements’ for additional information
  • If a letter is submitted:
    • Issue Date = processed date
    • Expiry Date = four months from processed date
