  • Applicant name on certificate to match the name registered in the system
  • Can be either the Statement of Attainment Certificate OR the Statement of Completion Certificate
  • Statement of Attainment- 5 years currency, Statement of Completion- 12 months currency
  • All 6 of the following units must be listed:
    • RIICOM201
    • RIIGOV201
    • RIIOHS201 (now replaced by RIIWHS201)
    • RIIRIS201
    • RIIERR205
    • RIIERR302
  • Black and white or colour acceptable

RTO symbol on certificate

  • Issue date: as per the issue date.
  • Statement of Attainment: Expiry Date- 5 years
  • Statement of Completion: Expiry Date - 12 months currency
  • Document verifier to ensure the Issue of this document is an RTO. Must have this logo:
