Rail.Qualified.ARC - Protection Officer (PO1)	Please upload a copy of the ARC PO1 Track Access Permit card Applicants name must be displayed on card and must match registered cardholder name in Onsite Only front side of card must be included in uploaded file	Issue date = none Expiry date = There is an expiry date which is specified on the card (Track Access Permit)

Rail.Assessment.Brookfield – Protection Officer (PO2)	Please upload a copy of the existing Brookfield Rail WMP15, WMP21 or WTO41 Track Access Permit with hologram sticker on the back of the card OR upload a copy of the new Brookfield Rail Card with PO2 stated on the card that has a QR Reader on the front of the card OR upload Brookfield Rail Card with RRV on the front with the second page showing PO2 as per highlighted example. Rail.Assessment.Brookfield Rail – Supervised Worker (SW)	Please upload a copy of the Brookfield Rail card with WMP01 on the card (Track Access Permit) OR Please upload a copy of the Brookfield Rail card with WMP05 on the card (Track Access Permit) OR Please upload a copy of the new Brookfield Rail Card with SW stated on the card that has a QR Reader on the front of the card OR Please upload copy of a letter from Brookfield Rail stating the employee’s SW level with expiry date noted.	This letter is to be issued by Brookfield Rail Issue date = none Expiry date = There is an expiry date which is specified by Brookfield Rail on both the WMP01, WMP05 or SW card
Rail.Assessment.Brookfield Rail – Road Rail Vehicle Operator 2 (RRVO2)	Please upload a copy of the existing Brookfield Rail WMP21, WTO41 or RRV02 Track Access Permit: Must be identified with either: a hologram sticker on the back of the card OR QR Scan Code on the front of the card with a letter from Brookfield Rail	Issue date = none Expiry date = There is an expiry date which is specified by Brookfield Rail on the card (Track Access Permits)
