Access Control

Access Control is the Workforce Management term for our hardware and its ability to manage access to sites.
Our Access Control devices in use at our Clients sites are:

  • Logpoints

  • Kiosks

  • Tablets

  • Wall Mounted Logpoints

  • Boom Gates

  • Turnstiles

All these devices are used to log Employees, Contractors and Visitors into and out of a Clients site. This page contains user guides and videos supporting this equipment.
As a supplier, your workers will be required at some sites to interact with these devices in order to work.
Share these guides with your team so they are aware of them before heading to our Client Sites.
Note: Not all clients use all the above Access Control devices

The Logpoint Devices
Also called a Kiosk or Desktop Kiosk by most of our Clients, this below video shows you how to login and some of the screens you will encounter.
While this is created for one of our Clients, the same login steps and processes will be used at most of our other Client sites.

Logpoint Version 8 Contractor Login Process

Interactive course
While this is more focused on information for our Clients, you can review this course to get you and your worker familair with some of the history of the devices as some sites still have our legacy hardware operating. This will give more of an overview of the access control process and how workers might not be able to access sites.
