Reports

In all Supplier Portals the ability to run a number of Reports ahve been added!

All reports export to XLSX (Microsoft Excel) Files for you to them be able to tweak and run filters on the returned information.

Note that each report, is specific to that particular Client's Supplier Portal. So reports will only reflect your workers that are associated and their data for that Client.

The standard three preports added are:

• Cardholder Competencies-  Shows all competncies for all workers, with Current, Expiring (either 1,2,3 months) and Expired status.

• Worker Role Matrix - Report on a role, showing the competencies reqwuired and worker status of those in Matrix format.

• Site Access Report - Shows worker site access based upon configured Site Access Keys for the Client Sites. Note: not all Clients have this implemented.
