  • Applicants name must match what is shown in the system (However shortened versions such as 'Chris' for Christopher can be accepted)
  • Evidence will demonstrate accreditation as a Surveyor or Surveying Associate
  • Evidence will be issued by:
    • Surveyors Board Queensland; OR
    • Australian/Australasian Institute of Marine Surveyors
  • A confirmation of registration renewal or renewal receipt can also be accepted
