| National Police Certificate.Govt Licence/Authority.LL Eng - National Police Check | - Applicants name to be shown on documentation
- Applicants name on document must match name that has been entered into Onsite
- Document must show completion of Police Check / National Criminal History Check
- DCAC pass is also acceptedÂ
- If waiver is uploaded by Lendlease Engineering Team this is to be acceptedÂ
