Operator Qualified VOC Brushcutter CTO


  • Applicants name on document to match applicants name in Onsite (However shortened first names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' are accepted)
  • The matching competency code needs to be shown
  • Certificate must be issued by a registered training organisation (RTO) OR as per example document Lendlease issued Competency to Operate form
  • Lendlease CTO Form must have title of the plant, the result COMPETENT must be circled, and include supervisors name and signature
  • Lendlease CTO Form must have all three pages uploaded. 



  • Issue date = In Onsite should be recorded as the date of completion shown on the certificate
  • Expiry date = The expiry date as the date which is calculated to occur 3 years from the issue date
